Meet Kristi & Mary

We’re Mary and Kristi, a mother-daughter duo sharing our love for creativity, home, and family traditions. What started as Mulch and Paint has grown into A Young Tradition—a space where we celebrate the beauty in real-life moments, secondhand treasures, and memories. Mary brings the color, cats, and inspo boards; Kristi brings the Christmas trees, to-do lists, and classic charm. Together, we’re all about creating spaces that feel like home and honoring the traditions—old or new—that matter most. We’re so glad you’re here.
